diaVerge WILL HELP

Whatever stage you're at right now, and whatever your personal goals, we’re here to guide you to optimal blood sugar levels, and support you throughout this low carb journey toward improved health.

We understand your challenges and your concerns with diabetes - and with the low carb lifestyle.

We also understand your desire to improve your health now and into the future.

WE'VE BEEN THERE.

The coaches at diaverge have lived through many years of standard, eat-what-you-wanT-and-cover-with-insulin diabetes management recommendations.

It doesn't work.

The standard diabetes protocol of 130g of carbs per day leads to an unending roller coaster of blood sugar levels — which causes frustration, self-blame, depression, and hopelessness.

Chances are, you may be feeling this, too.

We understand the initial disbelief upon discovering low carb (diaVerge founder Lisa La Nasa read Dr. B's book, waited a whole year, then read it again before starting on the plan).

We understand the challenge of getting started, and the food/medication tweaks to get to a successful, sustainable low carb lifestyle.

We've personally experienced the profound mindset shift of diabetes management after experiencing the benefits of low carb (Diabetes IS manageable! This is incredible! I can't believe it took me so long!) and we want to share that with EVERYONE!

Like any big personal change, it takes work and persistence, but it IS achievable and you can do it!

This is a journey, not a destination.

We're in this together!

YOU ARE WORTH IT!

You may be feeling like you’re not worthy of normalized blood sugar levels, of a healthy, happy life DESPITE diabetes.

You may imagine a life where diabetes is a mere inconvenience, instead of an all-encompassing worry.

It IS possible!

We’re living proof that Dr. Bernstein’s plan works to control blood sugar levels and we want you to benefit from this knowledge, too.

you’re invited to take the first step to diabetes control and improved blood sugar levels today.

Lisa La Nasa:

Lisa is the founder of diaVerge.com and creator of diabetesredesigned.com. She was diagnosed T1D in 2002 and followed the high-carb way of diabetes management for 13 long years. Suffering from clinical depression, IBS, and increasing proteinuria, Lisa discovered low carb in 2014 but didn’t believe it was sustainable, so she didn’t even try it.

After a whole year of trying other dietary approaches to diabetes management, Lisa re-read Dr. Bernstein’s book in December 2014 and knew it was her only hope.

Lisa lives internationally with her husband, their two daughters, and rescue pup. She loves coffee, running, and helping others to achieve better blood sugar levels than they ever thought possible.
